And yes: I also think that a tiny house development does not fit a settlement character. Because a tiny house is the opposite of settling, namely mobile. And turning a plot in a settlement into a campsite is not allowed either. A recreational plot would be more suitable for that.
A tiny house is not necessarily mobile. There are both mobile and fixed tiny houses. However, whether several tinys on one plot fit the character of the surroundings and thus correspond to §34, I would also doubt.
