Since the children and their friends also use the bathroom, definitely no second door into the bedroom!

I’m unfortunately bowing out here: I really have the feeling that we are not speaking the same language here, nor that we will somehow reach a consensus. Honestly, I lack the patience for this, and before things become unprofessional... I also see a lot of contradictions: On the one hand here: On the other hand there: Then you ask and build yourself an exterior door into the kitchen, where the bench is. You say: but you want to cross-ventilate or do without a controlled residential ventilation system because you don’t see the benefit. You don’t want to spend the money on that but waste money on a bay window. If you want a separation, you should look into how the ground floor can function autonomously at all. Great. Honestly: not much brainpower is required for that. For me, so much in this house is wrong, despite half a million being available. It’s pearls before swine for me... sorry. Good luck

Yes, now we understand. Take the plan, crumple it up, throw it in the corner, jump on it several times, and set it on fire. We should rather leave the house construction and sell the plot. We expected something different from the forum. Actually, we wanted to learn here because, as mentioned several times, we have no building experience. Due to some comments, the motivation has now shrunk to a minimum. Shouldn't building a house bring joy? Thank you. We thank you for the constructive comments, especially climbee who put in a lot of effort!!! Thank you, that's actually how we imagined it.

You don’t have to be offended and become irrational just because (I) point out your contradictions and honestly (one takes time) tell you why one is not able to help you. I would have liked to help, but running against windmills is very difficult. As I already said: I don’t see any direction here that could be improved now. But I must also honestly say that when one works together with the OP here, you are not exactly in the best position. We are not obligated to anything here either. We don’t receive any money, nor is this forum associated with costs. However, in this forum we have some pinned help posts, and there it also says, for example, that one should read into some floor plan discussions to recognize where most of the same mistakes in amateur planning lie, so that one can already see the biggest mistakes oneself.

I say, one cannot yet declare success if, on the other hand, you come to the conclusion: Because regarding (1) I just wrote that you should NOT crumple up the plan just because of every little spot. And certainly not become like Rumpelstiltskin, as you now suggest. And regarding (2), given it is quite clear that one would have to be crazy not to use such a basis – oh, what am I saying, a "perfect setup." But for a development with planning experience bought if necessary – you "don’t have to" perform heart surgeries yourself. And – even if I’m repeating myself – there are so many functioning floor plans online that several better foundations should be found that fit your wishes. I had first thought that you perhaps had too long a list of wishes for the floor area, so that the planner failed because of that. But then I looked back and saw that this cannot be the case. And I compared your floor plan mentally with the catalogue inventory of floor plans for substitute villas of around 90 sqm ground area that I have come across online: the only really significant deviation I could find was the long journey between the entrance door and the guest WC – but hopefully that is not the reason why your enthusiasm for tested floor plan proposals fails? – (that you don’t have to get the pep from the floor plan, you hopefully did not overlook this hint).
