Because a house also costs significantly more for the surroundings than a condominium, you have to invest more time, etc. Always keep in mind: The daycare provides care from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., the elementary school runs from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., maybe 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., then the little one is already back home. Plus 12 weeks of vacation per year, when no care is available at all. And as always the question: How secure are your jobs? We have a crisis and face massive upheavals, which unfortunately many are still not really aware of.
