Well now I am really surprised?!?!
We are planning T8 MW 36.5, no chimney, no controlled residential ventilation, triple-glazed windows, attic will be insulated

Without an additional heat pump or similar? No regulations regarding eco tariff for electricity/gas?

Basti2709 builds strictly according to the Energy Saving Ordinance and not additionally according to the efficiency house standard "yxz"; that seems to be forgotten in your discussion?

But it only works like this until 31.03.16, after that no longer
