Unfortunately, I can only quickly find terms on the internet and a value of 40 W/m²*K for the building envelope as the "worst" energy saving ordinance value. I would need to look at that more closely and/or calculate it again. I also need to take a closer look at § 7 Abs.2 and Appendix 4. I’m not a lawyer, but if I understand it correctly at a glance, it partly refers to CHP systems. (I was never really confident with the whole thing about § paragraph sentence number.)
