The semi-detached house is 1.5-2 m wider at 8 m than the usual semi-detached house
It is probably wider than a towel- or even bowling alley-style terraced house. Nevertheless, it remains a terraced end house in character, with the typical concept:
The stairs play a central role in a semi-detached house anyway, since you have to constantly go up and down in a small space.
The basic type of terraced house is basically a vertical apartment, with the consequence of a lot of stair climbing for most room changes.
We hoped to somewhat separate the living room area from the kitchen. That's why there's no completely open floor plan.
However, I consider recessing the stair area unsuitable for this. I would rather think of a change of flooring (in both visualizations the same floor is shown for both areas - in my perception, it is a kitchen with a TV corner).
