You think so. Unfortunately no longer possible, and it wouldn’t be affordable for a garden either. 120 sqm remain for the lawn + terrace.

A spiral staircase as the main traffic route? No-go - far too accident-prone! And the parents are supposed to go up the stairs twice to arrive? Or I just don’t understand the whole thing...

Hehe, yes, the seniors on the roof rack does have something naive about it. I simply think the principle "the eyes are bigger than the mouth" probably applies not only to ice cream sundaes but also to dream houses in architecture magazines. Function follows form, no Louboutins without the red sole. And there might even be a similarly rational reason for the staircase as in Southwest Bonn :-)

Planned at the house entrance on the left (east side) as a carport and also possible in front of it
