New construction costs - Which house provider is financially feasible?

I meant of course a house without a basement, just a slab. What do you think will be realistic, 180K to 200K€? In case of building the house myself, I of course have acquaintances who help, obviously it can't be done alone. There I would still need to know the hours + materials to be able to calculate it.

approx. 1600 EUR * sqm plus ancillary building costs (at least 30k) plus exterior plus kitchen moving..

Or do you just want a house "in the dirt" without anything?

No one can tell you here because we don't know what is being built.

If there is an uninsulated shell with windows and doors, you can definitely reckon with about 3 man-years of work (a very rough estimate on my part, it could be 2 or 4...)

Materials for heating, finishing (....long list) quickly amount to >> 100K Euro.

I also think 230-250K without a garage for such a house is simply the real price.

We had admired a project like that in the area where we used to live.
It took roughly 3 years until the house was occupied, and another two years passed until everything was finished (as far as could be seen from the outside).
However, they also built the cellar themselves (masonry). Professional companies were only rarely seen.

Including chassis, shell 8.00 m, insulation, electrical installation and single kitchen, the Tiny House costs you TEUR 43. Then you still have enough euros left from the available capital to cover the additional construction costs, buy a garage and make the outdoor facilities nice.

I would simply drive to the model parks and ask them what they can offer you. However, it is very, very likely that it will not be more than 100 sqm with the minimum equipment. Without development, outdoor facilities, and without floor coverings, etc.
