New construction costs - Which house provider is financially feasible?

And honestly, I believe you have zero clue about the topic of construction or your user was created to advertise.

If someone offers a house for price x somewhere, huge additional costs come up for the buyers (see forum here). With links like "house for xy euros," people are being fooled. I hate that. No: I hate that like the plague.

A house is not a car that is delivered ready to drive.

First, properly familiarize yourself with the basic matter. And then post proper questions, not nonsense like just now.

I helped a friend with his house. After 1.5 years he moved in. Only windows, doors, and plastering were contracted out. The rest was done by themselves. However, with the appropriate personnel in the family.
It can work, but leisure time is a foreign concept during that period.

What do you think how many hours this was in total and material costs? Does anyone know the house provider Heinz von Heiden? This one is relatively inexpensive.

Oh yes, about the material costs. Just roughly calculate what you need yourself and go to the building materials store. It will definitely be a six-figure amount...
