Yes, we have also planned one access point per floor. In my initial research, the Ubiquiti UAP-AC-PRO caught my eye as well... in my opinion, the most attractive in terms of design. It is important to me that power supply is via POE (everything else makes little sense or is complicated).

Only the Pro models support proper POE.

Um, why does the thing have to be nice??? I don't like having it in my field of vision at all and then it doesn't matter how it looks or whether a power outlet needs to be there...

We have also extended LAN and power outlets up to the ceiling in the hallway. They don’t need to win a beauty prize for me, and thanks to the planned power outlet, one device costing 30 EUR per floor is sufficient.
