ich kenne jetzt natürlich nicht unzählige Zahlungspläne anderer Firmen ( leider , das wäre mal was, wenn man so eine Art Zusammenfassung hätte)

aber der Zahlungsplan der Firma exzellent Massivhaus war soweit ok oder anders ausgedrückt wir waren damit zufrieden. Wir haben 3 von anderen Firmen gesehen von denen wir uns haben beraten lassen und die waren fast unverschämt.

I don't know countless payment plans from other companies (unfortunately, that would be something if one had some kind of summary), but the payment plan from the company Exzellent Massivhaus was okay or, in other words, we were satisfied with it. We have seen 3 from other companies that we consulted, and those were almost outrageous. Our bank also received the payment plan regarding the financing.
Is there maybe someone here who has built or is still building with Exzellent Massivhaus using Neopor construction?

I built with a "kit" made of Neopor. I am very satisfied. The shell was finished in 1 week, the house was turnkey in 5 weeks. And at a good price. It is a Passive House Plus (or rather a bungalow). With a photovoltaic system and solar water heating as well as ventilation. 170 sqm including the plot for €200,000 (but without a basement, because I don't need one). I assembled the elements myself (instructions are supplied) and the electrical work (only had it approved by the master electrician). I am super satisfied and in the future I will no longer need gas or oil and even sell electricity.
