Hello Bauexperte,

Of course, I don’t know countless payment plans from other companies (unfortunately, that would be something if you had some kind of summary), but the payment plan from the company exzellent Massivhaus was okay or, in other words, we were satisfied with it. We have seen three from other companies with whom we consulted, and those were almost outrageous. Our bank also received the payment plan regarding the financing.
Is there perhaps anyone here who has built or is still building with Exzellent Massivhaus using Neopor construction?
An exchange would be great

Hello Miri,

In principle, that is not necessary, as the general opinion is unanimous (the consumer advice center agrees here as well) that 58-60% should be the maximum up to the closed shell.

I don’t know which providers you have already spoken to, but I would not be satisfied with 72% up to the closed shell...

Kind regards

Hello Miri,

Are you happy with your house? If you had to make the same decision again, would you build with Neopor again?

Best regards,
Semih

I would also be interested to know how Miri’s experience with Exzellent Massivhaus was.

In general, their homepage reveals very little about the Neopor stones used. I have little confidence in stones with Neopor ribs for soundproofing reasons.

Does anyone here perhaps know a site manager who has built often with Neopor?

Hello,

I built with a "kit" made of Neopor. I am very satisfied. The shell was finished in 1 week, the house was turnkey in 5 weeks. And at a good price. It is a Passive House Plus (or a bungalow). With photovoltaic system and solar hot water as well as ventilation. 170 sqm incl. [Grundstück] for €200,000 (however without a basement, because I don’t need one). I assembled the elements myself (instructions are supplied) and the electrical work (only had it approved by the master electrician). I am super satisfied and in the future I won’t need gas or oil anymore and even sell electricity.

That makes me happy, do you perhaps have a few pictures from the construction and the building project? How was the concrete poured? Pump or bucket? Do you have an insulated floor slab? Did a company work on it or you yourself (helpers?) I also built with Neopor, a bit more complicated because with a basement and 2 full stories, but having a finished shell after one week is very unrealistic. What do you count as shell? The insulated floor slab alone took me almost a week.

Regards
Red
