Funny...
the magic word here would simply be “enclosed,” and a shell construction without a fence and windows excludes “entering.” Now one could argue about the “unlawfully,” but that would get too complicated here.

-> Entering a shell construction is simply nothing – even if someone else does not like it.
And let’s not make a mountain out of a molehill [emoji6]

As said above: talking helps!
So go ahead, if the builder catches you, you can praise the floor plan, that the house will be a nice one, etc. ;)

Funny, exactly, because here you are very wrong. Enclosed property also includes the land itself, so to fulfill the offense you do not have to enter the rooms; it is therefore completely irrelevant whether the shell construction has windows or doors. You may not like it, but that's how it is... It is interesting how respecting other people's property is relativized in this case...

I can still remember a neighbor. No idea how old he was, to me back then he was definitely in the deepest grandpa age. He regularly lay on the windowsill with a pillow under his elbows and watched the commotion on the street. Since the street only allowed slow driving thanks to speed bumps, it was used by the troop of children as a play mile. We liked to play Brennball and similar games there. But the poor gentleman did not like that at all. The screaming of the children was unbearable! He would then always loudly grumble out of the window and when he was especially mean, he wiped the pictures the little ones drew from the street. They were inconsolable the next day when they wanted to show them to mommy and daddy.
The described grumbler had a mortal enemy. Grandma Grete from across the street, who enjoyed the children's laughter and regularly treated us to goodies. We understandably adored her.
(Oh God, reading this sounds super cliché :-D )
One day, while she was feeding us her brilliant oatmeal-chocolate cookies, he seemed to be having a very bad day and went head-to-head with Grandma Grete. In the end, they were standing in the street shouting at each other. It got so bad that our parents had to intervene and Grandma Grete was brought inside crying.
We could no longer forgive him for that. The next day, his beloved car (which was regularly washed exactly when we started playing) was wrapped in toilet paper (the nasty stiff kind from back then). Then someone fried eggs on the hood and someone else had nailed fabric over one of his windows. I know the older kids did more, but I don’t remember everything anymore. Unfortunately, I don’t know how it ended, we eventually moved away.
We were actually a very nice bunch of kids. If we got too loud, a reprimand from the parents was usually enough for us to play quieter or simply head off to the next playground.

We only have nice neighbors, with some you warm up faster than with others, some don't want a fence and others would prefer 2m leylandii ;)

Only, not everyone has internalized the [Spielstraße] sign, but since all neighbors now have small children, caution may come by itself :)

Not relativized... bending [emoji2] I just asked my colleague (policeman ;) ): section 123 is also commonly associated with the mnemonic: "if you're not gone from my yard by 3, then... 1... 2.... and 3!" :)

Folks, folks, it is property. Yes, okay, if the dog runs onto the neighbor’s property and/or the kids’ ball, one could indeed forget to ask... and then just dismiss it... Although with the ball, one could also ring the doorbell. DOESN’T MATTER

But if the good man has created a footpath to get bread because it’s shorter, as described in the other thread, then it’s no longer okay.
