Thanks for the jpg.

Um, what do you mean? *sigh* - later in peace. I can't think clearly with the kids around me.
Best regards
Nicole

No problem, I know that. I had a few questions about the first plan (without writing the important right side). I have now adjusted the post and written something about the second, interesting plan.

Well, the plan doesn't help us much again if the whole house has been rotated. Then you don't know again which boundary or where exactly the building envelope is exceeded.

Just to confirm. The nice neighbor is on the left or the right?

Yes, indeed.
Your posts are confusing and full of contradictions. If the contradictions are due to irrational panic, if you don’t want to make a fool of the forum and are seriously seeking professional advice and not just reassuring phrases, sit down this evening, once the children are in bed and you have all the current documents prepared, at the computer and scan legibly the site plan, excerpt of the development plan, textual determinations and approved deviations.
Old planning statuses, obsolete drafts, discarded ideas only add to the confusion. We only need the approved status and any existing supplementary approvals.

I just wrote a ridiculously long text and then deleted it again. I simply cannot disclose our matters openly. I am "afraid" that the aforementioned neighbors are reading along here and will then twist things against us.

I am really very sorry. You have already invested so much time and energy, responded to us, and helped.

We are involving our lawyer, letting him handle everything, and just hoping for the best.

You probably feel confirmed now, but that really is not the case. We are really afraid of the future right now. Everything is at stake, even the future of our disabled child, for whom we are doing this construction.

I will gladly inform you next week how the building authority has decided. I owe you that at least.

I really am sorry, but it is just too public for me. (Of course I knew that beforehand, but I simply cannot post our documents here)

If someone from our area has knowledge, they are welcome to get in touch and come by.

I really thank you very much for all the input!

Best regards Nicole and family
