All good, I'm not mad at you, you just read what was previously presented as fact. Precisely because such things spread quickly (tomorrow I might have held a knife to the neighbor's throat and the day after... oh whatever) I want to make it clear.

Next week you buried the corpse in the garden of the other neighbor, who then wonders why his hemp plants are growing so well...

I really don't understand how anyone can think that children are not allowed to play in the garden. Ok, well maybe it was after midnight? hehe

Emphasis in the quote

And I am quite aware that there is also noise terror. When children make a game out of banging on the rain gutter pipe for hours or similar. But when the kids play tag in the garden, you just hear that and that can basically only be ended between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. through cooperative conversations. When someone yells "NOW THERE IS FINALLY QUIEEEEET HERE!!!" out of the window at such a volume that you fear the whole lung will fly out, then that is no longer what Rapoport calls "cooperative play."

We live near a school. Our former neighbor constantly complained that it is so loud here during breaks. (20 minutes of loud screeching, drumming, shouting, laughing – then the bell and absolute silence again, in the evenings and on weekends you don't hear anything at all, I find it wonderful) The school, of course, was already there when he moved in...

He allegedly once called the police because of noise disturbance in the afternoon when there was a children's birthday party in one of the gardens. That was before we lived here, so I only know the story secondhand.

He eventually moved out and he is not missed here. There are people that you just can't make sense of... They go through life with a hate cap on, no matter what comes.

Maybe you should just read the posts calmly. No one has gone to any authority. The hedge might not even have had to be removed. Maybe the neighbor would have even received an exemption permit precisely because it didn’t bother HeimatBauer. But "the doer" decided that he’s going to remove the hedge now. Voluntarily!

Yep, although it would also annoy me a lot to hear 20 minutes of kids screaming every 3 hours. We’re still living in the multi-family house until we’ve finished renovating our house before moving in – the neighbor is getting on my nerves more and more. He smokes all day so that you can’t even open the terrace door because the smoke would come in. When the terrace door is closed, you hear a very loud clearing of the throat every 3 seconds because the smoker’s lungs are causing problems. Since I noticed it was unpleasant, you can’t ignore it anymore. ... We’re really glad that in the new house we have plenty of space on all sides and DON’T hear ANYTHING from the neighbors anymore (except if someone is playing music from a distance).
