No idea what you mean... It doesn't come across that way now. No, I don't need a list since it's not my area of expertise and I only posted based on my experience.

We had received a list with individual prices that we would be reimbursed if we carried out this or that trade in EL.
For example, electrical installation approx. 4000.- ; laying tiles approx. 5000.- laminate approx. 1500.- sanitary prefabricated installation xxx.- (each only labor costs).
What we then took on ourselves was deducted from the price stated in the contract.
As far as I can remember, however, the entire interior construction in EL would have only brought about 30000.-, so I considered that unrealistic...

However, it must be said that it strongly depends on the size of the house or the scope of work, meaning where tiles are laid, laminate installed, etc. As mentioned, it was a general contractor, so the equipment was "standard" (as it's nicely called) and was then improved by us.
The numbers apply only, for example, to "usual" standard electrical installation. With tiling, it probably doesn’t matter which ones are used and only depends on the area...

Installation of underfloor heating (only pipe laying, insulation was done by the company): approx. €10 / m²
Sanitary installation (installing toilets, washbasins, bathtubs, etc.): approx. €1000
Electrical installation: approx. €4000
Drywall construction attic: approx. €2500
Tiling of wall and floor: approx. €37 / m²
Building of the pre-wall installation and bathtub: €500
Floor tiles staircase basement in thick-bed method (double spiral): €1800
Laying laminate: approx. €18 / m²

The rest was not an option for us, so I have no prices for that. I have indicated tiles, laminate, and underfloor heating in m², which is probably best suited for calculation. Except for the tiles, we did everything ourselves. I let myself be persuaded to have the tiling done, but as I see now in the basement where I’m doing it myself, it wouldn’t have been a problem either; it just takes significantly longer...

Various following prices were only discussed verbally and then immediately awarded by us:

Installation of interior doors (a total of 10 pieces, 2 x ZK, 1 x glass, 7 x wood): less than €1000
Windows (5 x 3/4-windows, 4 x floor-to-ceiling, 1 x 2-leaf balcony door, 7 normal, 1 x light well): approx. €1000

Everything else was out of the question...

Are these prices that you were supposed to credit yourself if you do it yourself or are these prices from companies that you then commissioned for the money? Because the latter I can partly not imagine for that money (window installation), while interior doors are done quickly.

The windows were also fixed quickly, about 1 day with 2 men, except for one incorrectly ordered window. But that's right, those are the prices I would have been reimbursed or have been reimbursed. Since the "subcontractors" do it for that price, it is probably also somewhat realistic. For example, when it comes to the heating pipes for the underfloor heating. That is the price from the distributor. With 2 men, you can get it done well in one day and save between 1500 and 2000 €. Many things I had never done before or only once at a friend's place. So if you're not completely clumsy, as I said, I am also an "academic," you can do a lot yourself and sometimes it is even done with more "love." I am still quite proud of the combination of brickwork and grouting in the guest bathroom; no "combo" of plumber and tiler would have planned it so well...

Of course, as a private person you buy much cheaper and with higher quality,.... You can sugarcoat everything. The craftsman usually has an average calculation; what exactly you pay there for material / hours is usually not shown to you precisely. He might make a little profit on the material, but he also has the work of procurement, quality control, and so on. You do all that in your free time.
