Roughly estimated, yes (from experience with our single-family house, which has very high-end fittings with 300 sqm of floor space)!

But at that price, the architect already costs roughly around €50,000.-- and it was still cheaper than with a general contractor?

The general contractor must also pay for the architectural services or receive payment from you for his own services! Or do you believe that you will get the house design, structural analysis, building permit documents, etc. for free?
