:D I can hardly make out the pictures. They are very small. But the house seems well positioned in the middle. Whether lengthwise or crosswise, I would indeed depend on the layout. But such an open-plan room, a long wall on the west, and large windows opening to the north and south surely create a good spatial effect, seen as a bar. You could also mirror the south window. Or put the garage in front. So much is possible.

The bar in the west, opened with window fronts to the north and south. Entrance in the "main house" in the south. The bar is not built on at the top floor. The upper floor has an overhang in the south, creating a terrace and: privacy from everything located to the west.

we handed the whole thing over to an architect again. The official site plan is currently being created and the architect wants to draw on the digital file. I think he is planning something where building parts are directly on the development boundary.
