Then the house is oriented towards the garden. No parking spaces but high costs for the yard. Mini terrace almost on the street. Where is the privacy there? Garden behind the house not developed. Is your neighbor Hannibal Lecter? What do you understand by a block? I cannot understand why you place the house like that. You don’t even need to start from the inside. It can be done cost-effectively.

You're welcome. Sometimes you just can't see the wall because of the stones :)

Regarding the plot size and neighboring buildings, there is no secluded terrace area for you, and you definitely cannot tolerate floor-to-ceiling windows on your side. Look for a plot by the forest with 5000 sqm where fewer neighbors can see you.

Hi,
in case of emergency there are still blinds that can be closed.
Unfortunately, not everything always works out, somewhere there will always be compromises.

because of neighbors and looks. One is boring - as long as the Stasi is not active it is uninteresting. My neighbor is a doctor. From his waiting room (where people are bored and really have nothing to do except stare) you can see through our children's room all the way to the bathroom. I have never seen anyone stare. Even those who lounge and smoke by the garden wall usually don't notice anything.

I would first spend more time DEALING WITH IT before thinking about heat pumps etc. Because in the end, that doesn't matter if you don't feel comfortable in your place. Then neither Kfw0815 nor high-tech will help you if you look out of the window or at the wall that was built there with a stomach ache because you wanted to avoid the view of the neighbor. I wanted to find out whether I am currently overestimating this a bit or whether I actually have the claim/priority. Then I would just sell the property, but if necessary also accept other disadvantages like distance etc. We bought a property that we didn't even want to look at, but then just happened to drive by and it felt different on site than expected. The neighbor 500m away can ultimately annoy you more than the tenant below, spatial proximity alone is not always decisive. I can’t understand this slanting wall, as in my opinion it only brings disadvantages. Do the registered sqm details of the rooms on the ground floor actually match, e.g. "Leben2 16.3? I find it funny that the designation "children’s room" ran out and it was called "kid's room" only to then unusually switch to the French "Toilette," where I would have preferred the very German term "Abort."
