Regarding the plot size and neighboring buildings, there is no secluded terrace area for you, and you definitely cannot tolerate floor-to-ceiling windows on your side. Look for a plot by the forest with 5000 sqm where fewer neighbors can see you.

From his waiting room (where people are bored and really have nothing to do except stare) you can see through our children's room all the way to the bathroom. I have never seen anyone stare.
