Oh dear... a screw is ideally loaded in tension; it is not designed for shear. Even if I drill through the ETICS and set the (long) anchor into the sand-lime brick wall... for a secure connection I have to get tension on the screw connection, so you have to brace yourself against the facade. That might still work for a mailbox, but I see trouble with heavy things.

Tell me, do you have any technical expertise at all, that you dare to call such technical details, which of course hardly anyone thinks about, embarrassing?

Yep. If you disregard the additional cost of 15,000 EUR plus interest, which a heat pump currently costs more than a gas heating system. And of course the time you spend with a hotboy. I have had my gas heating installed for a long time, other builders around me are still waiting for the heat pump, which they ordered long before my gas heating.

Go heat pump?

PS: Gas is already available again for 14 cents, aside from that, the price cap applies from March. Then the factor for 2 years is fixed at 40/12, so 3.33. Bad odds for an air-to-water heat pump.

That is not a technical detail, but simply a theory on your part that is wrong. At this frequency I find that embarrassing, yes. There was no 15k surcharge here, but that was already a few years ago. Wanting to buy something that is currently flooded with demand is always a bit difficult. Bad timing. In your individual situation it is of course nice for you that your heating is there. It just has nothing to do with the country's energy problem. How one can be happy about alimentary support, and that in new construction, remains a mystery to me. Just keep hoping that this protective mechanism continues forever.

with an annual performance factor of 2.3 you no longer have an advantage, which is why the subsidy criteria for the SCOP value have also been tightened here.
Even the CO² balance then almost equals gas or worsens with a decreasing annual performance factor.
(Primary energy factor gas 1.1 vs. electricity mix 1.8, even if politics specifies 0.0 for heat pumps)

It is no coincidence that so many oil heating systems are currently being reinstalled or remain in operation, even though they have already been declared dead.

even a fischer DuoPower
in aerated concrete PP2 depending on diameter just starts at 5 kg, the others fall back to 2 kg.
The problem is the low reveal strength but also tensile strength of aerated concrete.
Take a look at DIN 68930 ‘Kitchen furniture – usability – requirements and testing’,...even the maximum values of 20-35 kg are already borderline.

If anything, the network operator "switches off now and then" or throttles the power at night when the heat pump + eCar consume too much during the night.
Even if it is initially about introducing a dynamic electricity price and increasing the price during these peak times.

Pretty annoying when you plug in your e-car in the evening, have to drive 500 km the next day, and the grid operator simply cuts off the entire street at night due to a lull, right? Then you get in in the morning in a good mood and the display says "Remaining range 40 km, do you want to search for a charging station?"

Especially since this scenario will soon become the norm the more we rely on renewables without finally investing in sufficient storage solutions. With the 5 kWh storage in the HAR, you won’t get far... 5 kWh is enough for 30 km in a current e-car.
