...simply nice space around it.... a nice wooden bathtub would also be nice, although that also needs space. I see the space as a "problem" with freestanding. Maybe better outside a "tinas calientes" :D

I don't know what else can be changed if you really want to. But if it is to be a freestanding bathtub like that, I would plan as follows:

[*]Shower at the front left, with drywall walls up to the ceiling forming a cabinet niche. Towards the shower, you can tile this with very large-format tiles, which I would also use on the shower walls. In the drywall, either an integrated stainless steel shelf or a built-in shelf for shampoo etc.
In this example, then a glass partition about 80 cm wide towards the top of the plan. The passage on the right into the shower is about 70 cm wide. On this drywall, a towel heater, very low profile, preferably with open bars facing the bottom of the plan.
[*]Washbasin 1 m wide remains, in front of a maximum 20 cm deep and approx. 110 cm high partition wall.
[*]Toilet then next to the washbasin.
[*]A wide mirror above the partition wall.
[*]The tub then set slightly diagonally into the niche. When sitting with your head towards the bottom of the plan, you can look towards the window.

Tried to recreate the whole thing in the ALNO planner.

Hello, thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, where the shower is currently planned, it is already determined that a pre-wall element with about 22 cm depth must be installed (the shower on the upper floor is planned above it, and above that is the dormer with the ventilation already installed there!). The controlled residential ventilation pipes must also run exactly at that spot from the technical room to the upper floor. Unfortunately, there is no other possibility for this.

But similarly angled would also have been my nicest idea so far, just on the right side. The shower would then be in the top left as before. Toilet in the front left, next to it a half-height drywall partition and then the sink (different from the plan) so that it does not block the view of the bathtub.

If you don’t design the shower area as a square, you can harmonize the glass wall and the bathtub – or omit them altogether. You can also pick up the shape of the bathtub in the corner behind it and possibly build a mosaic-tiled curved wall, perhaps with storage space for bathing utensils and some lighting. In such a niche, the freestanding bathtub can also come into its own very well. I saw a picture at Raumfabrik, where there is a very small bathroom with a well-presented freestanding bathtub and accordingly modeled wall. Maybe an inspiration.

That can work wonderfully in the garden depending on the property – possibly also with a bathing hut the size of a garden arbor. We dispensed with the bathtub, have a very spacious shower in the bathroom and a Softub covered by the upper terrace in the garden. No neighbor can look in and we enjoy the view.

Well, unfortunately the garden will be available in a very, very limited way. In my "kitchen thread" there is a picture of it. Here again... But the garden planning is not yet finished ...

The pool is also being built for medical reasons, of course also for having fun.

I like it. That looks like a spa cabin by the pool. Bathtub space?
