Without the distortion, I can't get the whole room in. To identify the light sources, that should be enough. The advantage of indirect lighting is that it doesn't cast any shadows, even if it's behind you. The light is on the wall so it can spread out from there, indirectly. I was also pleasantly surprised that the cove behind me in the nursery doesn't cast a shadow on the changing table opposite me because of me. Since then, I've been a total fan of indirect lighting. Mixed with direct accents, it creates a great effect.

I know. Just wanted to point that out to you. The photo has already been posted once and that makes the living room seem twice as big. Still, it’s pretty :)

It would be nice if it is that big, should be about 35-40 sqm.

I think the statement is exaggerated. For 5 years, I have installed cheap LED strips from Amazon under my old kitchen cabinets. They have worked perfectly ever since and provide the best light on the countertop.

I have installed my living and dining area flush with the ceiling using 3 lamps (with LED strips indirectly). Two have a diameter of 1.2m and one has a diameter of 1m. These make the large room, just under 52sqm, really bright.
