Looking for sewage hose/spare parts for Renlig DWTI60!

Hi friends,

I'm about to lose it. My drain hose is torn and partly flooded my kitchen. OK, it can happen and it's not that bad.

So I took everything apart, removed the hose and thought I'd find the right one online, I have the PNC number, the designation and the info that it supposedly is an Electrolux device .... Great, I thought ....

=> Nothing! Nothing! Nothing to be found!

Where can I find a drain hose for the RENLIG DTWI60?

By the way, it's clear that Ikea goes with the right manufacturer, but why are there no LINKS to spare parts?

Please help, washing by hand sucks...

Thank you very much, but I had already tried that as well. However, I still couldn't find anything with my PNC number 911989301/03. I have already sent them an email and will also call. I was hoping that someone might know another spare parts online shop that is properly tailored to the needs of IKEA customers. It really surprises me that Electrolux sells thousands of devices through Ikea and provides no support.

Anyone who has a Renlig device should also be able to find this name somewhere with the manufacturer....

call the manufacturer, give them the device number over the phone and tell them when you bought the dishwasher. If it is still under warranty, a company will contact you shortly afterwards and schedule an appointment for the repair; if there is no warranty anymore, the hotline will tell you the price of the hose and send it to you immediately.

Regarding support and how customers can recognize which manufacturer it is, everything is stated in the dishwasher’s manual. Ikea also communicates this in the [EH´s], and every kitchen employee will inform you about it and, if necessary, provide a handout that explains in detail how to tell if you have an Electrolux or Whirlpool device and which data you need for the hotline. So it really couldn’t be clearer...

Even though it is probably already settled by now: there are numerous spare parts suppliers who offer spare parts and are "also cleanly oriented towards the needs of Ikea customers." There you can enter your 911989301/03 and immediately get to the right device. Under "Rohre" you will find your drain hose ... Regards, IKEA-Freund
