long driveway property

we have reserved a plot that is not directly on the street, but set back to the rear with an approximately 30-meter-long access road.

This access is from the south, on the west side. I have included a picture.
The orange-marked plot is the one.
It is 714 sqm in size.

I originally wanted a south-west terrace...
How would you arrange the garage?
For example, I can't imagine putting the garage in the north-west now.

Or could the garage be placed at the end of the access road?

I would be grateful for some ideas or suggestions.

The location and view from the plot are perfect for us and the price is also reasonable.

Remember the potentially enormously high connection costs for water and electricity. Often, people pay a five-figure amount for 30 meters. Clarify this before you decide to buy.

Got an appointment with the sellers on site tomorrow and want them to show me exactly where the connections are located... If they are still at the front by the street, I wanted to find out what it costs to lay everything over this long distance

So I once had something very similar in mind, very very similar. First, the connection costs were very, very high, secondly the path to the property was very narrow, especially since the houses "drum rum" were already there, which would have been a problem for various construction vehicles, certainly causing a lot of extra costs. The problem with the position of the garage is also the "access" and especially space for possibly turning around, etc., especially if there will be more than one car. I would not like to drive into the driveway in reverse.
