After consulting with the developer, it is largely up to us how we shift the exterior wall, as long as the enclosed space does not change. So this is rather a "random rectangle" Unfortunately mandatory, as there is still a approx. 3m wide green strip between the street and the property. It may only be crossed at certain points. And that is then a single driveway for all 4 properties.

No. We are not allowed to structurally alter the archaeological monument. Of course, we may plant on it. But nothing may be removed or added to it.

Is there a way to position the carport so that it can be driven into and out of both forwards and backwards in one go?

Unfortunately, we don't have that yet.

Exactly. The fence is the lower boundary to the street.
Only garages, carports, sheds, or similar may be built on the 3m edge zone there.

However, compared to Neunmalneun, it is an increase of 12 percent if the house is not lower than before. Is there a concrete design now or not?

Isn't there a topographic map at your place? GEOAtlas?

At least some of them also show archaeological sites. It can't be just a rectangle.

The eastern neighbor also seems to have interfered with the dune, right?

Here is another idea.

If you tell me the exact location, I am happy to look for the data myself.

The red stripe is completely confusing. It's as if it doesn't belong to the property, but it does. That is valuable garden. The dune is not rectangular. True. The colors give you eye cancer. Didn't you want to try the free alternative once?
