Look, here I have sketched that for our Polo. I have 4.50m on the vertical axis to the house wall and 5m on the horizontal axis from the house wall to the fence. The turning circle is 4.5m. And it’s really tight. And the real test has not yet been carried out.

You would have to do the same for all the cars you want to get in with... https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/lage-stadtvilla-oder-efh-auf-500-m2-rechteck.33505/post-384759

I have illustrated it with a 16 m turning circle. Usually, much smaller TC are common. Cars are also not 3 m wide.

Whether the 3 m width is sufficient for 4 plots is to be checked.

You would simply have to round off the corner generously.

Whatever the absolute measure may be: as a less frequent driver, you will then need more. Who actually usually uses the house? (my inquiry regarding the floor area is still unanswered).

I have oriented myself on that and now considered a turning circle of 13 m and drawn it accordingly.

Regarding the 3 m width of the "residential street," I read on the internet that it widens to 3.5 m if there is a solid boundary on both sides (which is the case for us). Therefore, I have added a 50 cm green strip next to the 3 m.

The driveway now has a width of 5 m.

We will live in the house (2 adults + 2 children).
The floor area of the house according to the building contract is 9.53 x 9.53 m. I have drawn this accordingly.

What do you think of the new plan?

I would not give the carport a long driveway at all: the shorter, the better. So at the front.
Attention: the house is not drawn as a square. It would be clearer and more comprehensible if you draw on squares or a grid, preferably with a pencil.

Edit: I would probably build a rectangular house on the property!
