I think the distance between the couch and the TV is too small, it is about 350cm, right?

What is too small for one is too big for another
You can already hang a 60-inch TV very well at 3.5 m. If we are talking about 4k, even significantly larger.

Um, I'm not just talking about the TV size!
Our couch (with seat depth adjustment) is, I think, about 130 cm deep, plus 40 cm space, plus 60 cm coffee table, plus 100 cm space (walkway), plus 60 cm TV stand/cabinet = 390 cm.
From about 400 cm is also the dimension that most typical/model houses have, not without reason.
In my previous apartment, it was about 300 cm and even without the deep couch it was extremely tight; 50 cm more wouldn't have been enough.
But maybe the wall can be pushed a bit further to the right?

we also only have a 3.5m wide living/dining room (5.5 long) here there is a 2.7x2.7 couch in it and we have a 42 inch TV, it could even be a bit bigger and it would still work. 4 meters would be nice too, but it is not necessary next to the TV there is even a ceiling-high paludarium, so in front of the sofa you have 70cm to work on the palu and that still works.

we have exactly 3.5 meters from the wall to the back of the sofa, and that is sufficient. Well, your sofa is quite deep. Ours is 95 cm. The TV bench is also very deep at 60 cm, here we have 39 cm (which is enough anyway, after all, there is no CRT TV on it). And as long as you don't play "musical chairs" it should be enough.

Sufficient is the right word, so on a school grading scale that would be a 4.
If I’m building myself, I wouldn’t size a main room just barely sufficient.
Our bedroom is also "only" about 330 cm deep. Because of the bulky headboard of the bed, there is just under a meter left as a walkway opposite.
That’s also far from spacious, but in the bedroom you don’t walk through all the time, so that’s enough for me in that spot.
But everyone has their own priorities.
The couch area, with about 18 m² in total, isn’t very spacious either; instead, more space was planned for the dining area.
If you have a lot of guests or celebrate a birthday, you don’t sit with 15 people on the couch anyway, but rather at the dining table, which can be extended to almost 4 meters, and you still have enough space all around. That was more important to us here...
