Switching the kitchen and living room has the advantage that you no longer have to worry about a reflective TV.


I can't move the window much anymore. There's another house above and a garage below. Although, I can ask what the neighbor thinks about it.
As I said, if the TV is 5.5m away, I definitely need a device with 88 inches.

Then the table should be moved further to planklinks towards the terrace and the fireplace to planrechts next to the other shaft. Then the fireplace will also be in the middle of the area and will warm to the right and left.

Hm... the shafts... they are not integrated at all nor do they look planned. The chimney is still right next to a window recess. I would somehow mediate and build a built-in cupboard centered between both, or else leave it out.

I am back to the architect's original proposal. As mentioned, the garage will be next to the lower wall. No window or chimney can be placed there. Another consideration is where the air outlets should go. The plan is to have them on the ceiling, top left and bottom, a bit away from the sofa. However, I have already seen versions with outlets on the floor in front of the windows. In my opinion, they would be better placed there in terms of effect.
