Is the site manager a window and door specialist? At some point, I would insist that the manufacturer of the door comes for inspection and rework.

I don't believe that he is an expert. As far as I "see" he was "busy" only a few kilometers away in December and just "did" it with our door "just like that." The company has its own carpenters and they generally have to come again (we have been waiting for that for a few months) because doors still need to be readjusted and blinds "stick," or are difficult to operate.

Hello,

I also see it that the door is not okay as it is.

That you also have to push or pull hard to be able to lock it at all is definitely not what the inventor intended - as a result, the fittings are probably heavily stressed, which will certainly not have a positive effect on a longer service life...

I would therefore also report the defect in writing (once again) and demand a remedy.

Regards,

Dirk

Hello Dirk,

thank you very much, we will definitely follow up now and make that clear again.
I also noticed yesterday that the seal at the bottom left is also giving way significantly.
Which of course would explain the water ingress, because it always stands exactly there.
It is also strange that from a certain point, through a small gap between the door lock and the door,
we can see light coming in from outside. Slowly, we really need a [Mängelliste], not just because of the door.

Best regards

If you can see light gaps on the door without any (Kraft) exertion, it definitely cannot be airtight and is also 100% not normal. That means, in the description it said, as far as I can remember, individual. Maybe that's the individual aspect of it.

Hello,

"individually leaking" - that would be a nice euphemism...

No, seriously - that cannot and must not be the case - I'm curious to see what your BU says about it...

Regards,

Dirk
