although it should be done in a window, conducted at the front door, i.e. the measuring point is set up at the open door, so the airtightness of the closed door itself is not measured

It's correct that the front door is usually not tested. Nevertheless, it must of course still meet the requirements for a blower door test.

Legally, a letter is considered delivered when you convince the judge of this. Judges are not stupid and immediately know when companies come up with silly excuses. Companies usually accept every registered mail anyway. You can also personally deliver the letter with a witness and have it countersigned. In the end, it's not that difficult. The judge recognizes if you have a legitimate interest in something happening and you have informed the other party about it accordingly. Most cases fail because people sent such important information via SMS or WhatsApp. An email is also considered received if the recipient directly references it (e.g., with a quote).

I received the hint about the registered mail with return receipt from a lawyer.

In civil proceedings, the evaluation of evidence applies. The court looks at the things and then decides. It will probably plausibly believe that the original of the letter was in the mail, which you present as a copy.

What's going on? I get notifications that there are new messages, but then there's nothing here...?

Also in other threads.

We will first wait for the appointment with [Kundendienst] and then see how to proceed. We will absolutely not accept the front door as it is. Having water in the house repeatedly just because it rains harder is simply not acceptable.

Nobody can possibly pass that off as "normal"...
