Thank you very much for the many contributions. Below I have tried to answer your questions.
One short info: To avoid distracting from the actual question (parents' bathroom), I did not upload the entire floor plan. Nevertheless, questions were asked about neighboring rooms or the floor plans discussed here in the forum at that time. In the end, it turned out to be a different floor plan than was discussed back then.
So French balcony? Or maybe a real balcony?
French balcony
How is the entrance door to the bathroom supposed to be there?
That has not been decided yet. Maybe a sliding door would also be an option.
And, if the 7x4 m room is the master bedroom... how is it supposed to be furnished?
The room will still get a room divider and the room will be divided into dressing and sleeping areas
Very quickly. But how about this:
I don’t like the washbasin area because it is too small and the toilet position is not easily possible due to the drain
I don’t understand the window situation. A door behind the bathtub? Where does it lead?
Those are floor-to-ceiling windows with a French balcony. There is no exit.
I assume that the shell is already standing and nothing is to be changed on windows and doors.
Yes, the facade is also finished and the windows are installed.
Somehow nothing is left of the floor plan designs. Therefore, it would make sense to show the final floor plans here. Why is the kids’ bathroom suddenly in a completely different location?
It really became a different floor plan. And we even slightly changed that one during the construction phase at the non-load-bearing walls.
Why do you only think about the bathroom layout once the shell is standing?
We slightly reduced the bathroom compared to the original plan so that the utility room would be bigger. Therefore, the original bathroom plan no longer fits. See picture.
somewhere connections are fixed or similar.
They are not completely fixed yet. Only for the toilet there are not many options due to the pipe diameter.
Now you still have to install such ugly fall protection
They cause costs, but we don’t find them ugly; on the contrary, you can also decorate the building with them. We find the divided version with a fixed part at the bottom ugly and not easy to maintain.
