What does this have to do with the design by ? I also find it much better than the 2 original versions.

If we arrange it like that, we won't be able to fully open the windows. In the draft by , the windows have a sill height of 75 cm. I don't think the draft is bad either, but it's not feasible due to the window situation.

Are the windows not divided and on the first floor? Or is that a 2.85m high door leaf on the ground floor? It would be nice to have all the information. That way, no one makes the effort for nothing.

The room is on the 1st floor and the windows are French doors without divisions.
The dimensions in the drawing are the rough openings.
After deducting the roller shutter box and floor construction, the French doors have a height of 2.33m.

So a French balcony? Or maybe a real balcony?

It's enough to be able to open the windows up to almost 45°. At least you can clean them then. Or is there actually a balcony? In your variants, in Variant 1 you have somehow created a strangely throne-like toilet position and in Variant 2 an empty space in front of the window, but the sinks are practically in the passage (how is the bathroom door supposed to be there?). Which of the two variants do you like and for what reasons? By the way, I would have the bathroom door hinge on the right, not on the left as drawn in the overall floor plan. And if the 7x4 m room is the master bedroom... how is it actually supposed to be furnished?
