The electrical cables should, in order to save space in the floor structure, be in the same plane as the underfloor heating (i.e., in the screed). There is no additional installation level. The underfloor heating has only about 25 degrees in the supply line, so it should not get too warm.
Can I safely run the electrical cables along the bottom of the interior wall so that the underfloor heating pipes lie in the middle of the room and both cables do not have to cross? It would look like this (the jagged lines would be the electrical cables, the turquoise area the underfloor heating):

One more question: The electrical cables then run to the sub-distribution board, which is located in a lightweight partition wall. To access it, the wall should not yet be clad, right? How is the sub-distribution board then mounted? Or do drywall construction and electrical work have to coordinate exactly?
