If you want to switch to the high knee wall, the entire house must be newly planned. Because then the rooms belong to the gable side. But then the staircase is very disturbing?
How high is the ceiling on the ground floor? 3 steps below the ceiling is borderline. The bedroom with 2.80m width is the same. If plaster is added, it is only 2.77m.
I would prefer the high KS. Then eliminate such tight things. At least the [DG] should, in my opinion, be completely replanned.
I actually don’t understand why the areas labeled "Estrich" are walled in separately. If they are located under the roof, meaning they do not have their own standing height, they are not counted as part of the floor. So even if the walls aren’t there, we are still in the non-full floor area. Including this space, the rooms become nicer. And what are the expensive roof windows for? They are located exactly where there are already windows in the gables.
