Hello,
I bought a plot of land and except for the broker and property tax, which is clear, the statements everywhere were between 1.5 and 2% for notary and land registry office costs, etc...
After receiving a bill of 895 euros today for land registry entry or something like that, I am already at 3.2% of the purchase price with these notary/land registry office additional costs.
I don't understand why this was only accounted for as 2% in the bank's financing plan and the real costs are much higher!?
