I am looking for a property/house planning software that meets the following criteria: - DXF import/export - Garden with bushes, trees, etc. at least included as a plugin - Garages, carports, terrace roofing included - Photovoltaics included - Intuitive operation - Many templates, e.g. for bathtubs, doors, front doors, stairs, possibly also furniture... (+ possibility to download more) - RAL colors e.g. for windows/doors Does anyone have a recommendation? What do you use? I haven’t found any recommendations in the forum so far... And: Has anyone received a DXF file from their builder, e.g. of an empty sample/type house, to plan with? I think that should be the standard...

Aren't the other threads on this question enough for you?

I think two ice cream sundaes with whipped cream per week for everyone on a voucher "should be standard," but unfortunately I am legally insured...
You are quite a strange bird, but at least you fill the gap of the who hasn't been seen here for a while :)

Ice sundaes are enough as a standard, whipped cream is yucky :) Now honestly, @11fant you have so much experience in the industry. Why don’t providers do something like that, they already have the plans? If necessary, they could hire an intern to digitize it or just a few Asian freelancers for a few euros... I generally find that digitalization in the construction sector is not advanced at all... My idea would be that, for example, a sample selection is done online in 3D with high-resolution models, of course in the cloud. Every sanitary company would also have CAD models of their products anyway in the drawer. For product protection, they could also be automatically coarsened/blurred before forwarding. Although you only really need the outer shell anyway. Sampling would then simply mean: Here is your login, you can fly through the showrooms. You just double-click on the desired items, then they land in the shopping cart. Choose RAL colors simply by right-clicking. Activate the item move mode via the navigation menu, etc. It can’t be that expensive. Companies could also directly adopt well-designed customer plans (idea: the customer has a 3D model house and modifies it) regarding the floor plan into their own portfolio. It would also be cool to be able to compare different floor plans/variants for the same floor or room by swiping. That would also include variants from other customers.

They have the files and use them exactly as you write. For example, we were able to test our (quite special) house color directly with the general contractor in the program for approval.

The fact that the plans are not shared is probably due to copyright reasons...

Where necessary, there is 3D in the sampling. Actually, you should have enough spatial imagination and manage without 3D. It is not sensible for laypeople to simply move walls. Static structure, wastewater, etc. Suddenly there are chicken ladders and the toilet drains in the middle of the living room, it needs an expensive support beam so that the static structure fits, and so on.

How much are you willing to spend? I am sure that such software exists, but in the professional sector and therefore starting at €1000 per license ;)
