I was at this developer for the selection appointment in 2018 and can tell you that the surcharge from the standard door (white, smooth) to white with engraved grooves was 350 euros per door. With your wishes, it will definitely be double that. If the surcharge is too expensive for you, you can safely take the “Standard”. The doors are good and are installed neatly.

Hello everyone, it will still take a while until the sample inspection of our condominium, but for budget planning we would like to get a sense of the scale we have to expect: (1) We would like to have flush-fitting doors with concealed hinges installed. The construction description includes doors with standard rebated door leaves from JELD-WEN with a height of 2.36 m. Can someone give us an indication of the approximate additional cost per door (i.e. flush-fitting door leaf, matching frame and concealed hinges) we have to expect from the developer? (2) Does anyone possibly also have an approximate additional cost for a magnetic latch lock? Many thanks!

Painted doors from Modulwerk with stainless steel frames and magnetic latch locks already cost 1,898 EUR each at a height of 2.50 meters at the end of 2018 (including installation). That was, after long comparisons at the time, the best price for this design and quality. I don't think they have become cheaper in the last 4 years, but I am happy to be surprised.

We were at about €400 additional cost from the general contractor.

We have doors from Hörmann, flush inward opening, slightly higher than standard. The height was already set beforehand, so the additional cost is only for the flush inward opening design.

Jeld-Wen Lombardo 2810-03 approximately €420 surcharge (flush, Tectus concealed, magnetic lock, 2.11m height, including handle without keyhole), total approximately €750 without installation.

BUT... comparison is worth it... for seven doors our offers vary by +/- €3,000 difference...
