I initially wished for something like that too, but described it quite well. I tried the following:
But as a layperson, it will always just be a sketch that you could just as well draw on a sheet of paper. Not only cheaper, but also much faster (though maybe less fun for techies).
When I searched for an architect, the clear statement was, "Bring what you want, but I won’t look at it for the first proposal. Only if you don't like my design will I build whatever you want."
What I would find much nicer would be a complete model set in 1:20 or 1:50. With walls, furniture, etc., so that the whole family could "build" the house at the kitchen table. Lego-like, but with a clear focus on private home construction.
