Quotation from our contract: The catch is: If the next partial area of the property is sold, the buyers will then see our names in the land register.

So what? At the latest on the construction site, you exchange your names

Quote from contract: "The right to transfer ownership can be secured by the registration of a priority notice. The notary has informed the parties to what extent this priority notice can secure their position according to the buyer's rank in the land register. The parties approve and apply for the registration of this priority notice in favor of the buyer on the purchase object in the land register, whereby the first priority positions in [ABt II] and [III] are reserved. The parties already approve the cancellation of this priority notice with the transfer of ownership, provided that no interim entries in [Abt II] and [III] of the land register have been made or applied for without the buyer's consent by then." Should this be sufficient for the bank to finance the construction project (surveying has already been commissioned) before the final land register entry is made? We still need to visit the notary again for the subsequent approval of the "surveyed partial area."

Yes.

The vast majority of builders do not have more at this stage either, and they also receive a loan - with good creditworthiness.

Rhenish greetings

Sure, that's enough, it's a standard phrase. Of course, the land charge registration or a notarized priority certificate is also added.
