Land charge problem with partial areas for financing

To secure the agreed transfer of ownership, the seller grants and the buyer applies for a priority notice in favor of the buyer to be registered immediately at the next open rank on the property designated in § xy. The buyer agrees to limit the priority notice to the sold partial area upon completion of the continuation proof after surveying and to cancel it again upon transfer of ownership, provided that no subordinate entries remain to which he has not consented.
