Heinz von Heiden is like Town & Country. It can work out well, but it can also go badly wrong. €1,780 / sqm is more than just cheap, especially for kfw55. Is the foundation slab included?

However, the price will hardly be maintained by Heinz von Heiden. Even €2,000 / sqm will hardly be possible, especially with current prices. Have the construction service description checked, for example, by Bauherrrenhilfe.

Simply cross out from the list what is not relevant for you. As soon as I know the individual items in euros, I can gladly add them later. But it will take a little longer.

Up to 30cm, no more. But a lot of things got mixed up there. I think that is confusing.
