Kitchen appliances: exhibitions & trying out

Hello,

we are currently in the middle of kitchen planning.

In terms of appliances, we want:

- cooktop with "downward" integrated extractor fan (like with Bora)
- oven with steam burst function and microwave
- steam cooker (rather optional)
- dishwasher
- side-by-side refrigerator (fridge-freezer combo with fresh water connection and ice cube maker)

Currently in view:

- cooktop: Bosch PXX875D34E
- oven with steam burst function and microwave: Bosch HNG6764S6
- steam cooker: Bosch CDG634BS1
- dishwasher: Bosch SMV88TX16D
- side-by-side refrigerator: Siemens KA92DSB30

There are many negative comments online, especially on Amazon, about the oven and even more so about the refrigerator; so we are uncertain even though we like the devices "on paper" and visually.

Questions:

1. Does anyone know these devices?

2. Are there large kitchen showrooms (similar to large model home parks) where one can really try out the above-mentioned, but also other, devices and compare them?

3. Any other tips?

Large furniture stores with kitchen displays as well as kitchen suppliers hold cooking events with chefs several times a year, where the individual appliances are presented.
