Wow no, I’m more in favor of getting a second residence in [Spitzbergen] for the summer months

Whether it will be a concrete ceiling I still have to clarify. In principle, I take away that it is not unreasonable to initially plan for a chimney. Whether it is worth it for us after the full cost calculation remains to be seen :). However, 25 degrees in winter would tend to be too hot for me - 23 degrees would be absolutely sufficient.

well, what are you building? With a bungalow you definitely won’t have a concrete ceiling, but with a 1.5-story building the question hardly arises, right?! But as an example: we built KfW40, 145m2 ground floor, and the upper floor also has 145m2 base area and about 110m2 living area. When I heat up the wood stove in the evening at these temperatures, the temperature in the living-dining-cooking area is about 3-4 degrees warmer, but simply incredibly pleasant due to the radiant heat. In the morning the bench is still lukewarm and you really don’t need to heat anymore.

Ah, sorry, I thought I had indicated that. There will be 2 full floors. I also assume a concrete ceiling, but since we are still at the beginning of the planning, I haven't dealt much with the ceiling issue yet and therefore have no idea what options there might be.

What one might also consider: This climate change may not like it when CO2 is released into the air. Even if wood has regrown after a few decades (that is, when it is too late), every tree that has not been burned is a very important tree.

That is of course true as well, but isn't that at least partially offset by the fact that I need less electricity for the air-to-water heat pump because of a lower underfloor heating temperature? At least in the large room where the fireplace would be.
