KfW loan is not needed in full amount

I have a quick question without having to call the bank directly.

I have applied for a KfW loan 159 of 25,000 euros for the installation of interior doors/ removal of thresholds and the barrier-free renovation of the bathroom and have already been approved. Suppose the measures cost only 23,000 euros instead of the planned 25,000 euros, what happens to the difference? Do I then have it at my disposal or what happens to it?

That is stated in your KfW conditions. It would be nice to be able to use the money for other purposes. Then I apply for €50,000 and unfortunately only need €25,000, so I have to invest the rest in the new pool system ;-) Whether a free partial waiver or a non-acceptance compensation has to be paid, I cannot say for this program. In any case, you do not get the money for other purposes or for your own enjoyment.
