KFW 70 or is KWF 40 Plus worthwhile with significant additional costs?

In my opinion, Kfw 40+ is not worth it.. you pay a lot more, which does not pay off... unless you are already considering selling the house again after 15 years. then you can think about it. otherwise, a KFW 40+ house easily costs 100k more than one according to the energy saving ordinance. the heat pumps, batteries, etc. also have to be maintained. and if they break down after 10 years (end of warranty), you are stuck. what I think pays off best is KFW55, as you also take the bank loans and still get 5000 euros refunded.

I would stay away from Heinz von Heiden. My in-law family built with them. There was shoddy work everywhere. Even I, as a layman, noticed it.

Otherwise, it was also a complete disaster. What would Viebrockhaus cost in Kfw 70?
