KFW 70 or is KWF 40 Plus worthwhile with significant additional costs?

Ah right, they do build wooden frames, that's where the wind comes from... Then I wouldn't take either of them.

Nope. Both are solid.

And how do you get 3 months of construction time there? Or did I misunderstand something?

It is well scheduled. Whereas other general contractors have a 1.5 week time window for the trades, with V it is on Mondays from 1:00 PM to Wednesdays at 12:00 PM. We took 6 months, considering how many days nothing happened, that is quite manageable.

We currently have a Viebrockhaus in the new development area and you can watch it grow. They are there with their vehicles from Monday to Saturday starting at 7 a.m., and the subs can sometimes be seen on Sunday as well.

A KFW40+ surcharge of 100,000€ is of course complete nonsense. Maybe 35k€. In the worst case (meaning no "while we're at it" extras).

Whereas a little "botch" is already part of their concept. The interior walls in [og/dg] are metal studs.

They save most of the time through fast screed. That means walkable after 24 hours and quite quickly ready for covering.

And in the cold months with their monster tent
