Hello,
we want to add a floor to a house built in 1972 and completely renovate it. So new heating, insulation, windows, underfloor heating, electrical system, pipes, bathrooms, etc. Additionally, we would like to install a photovoltaic system.
Now the question is what makes the most sense?
Aim for KFW 55 or 70 and a loan of over 150k at a greatly reduced interest rate and 15-20% repayment bonus?
Heat pump as EM with 30-40%?
Or does it make more sense to have everything funded as EM to bypass the requirements for KfW 55 or 70 because they would be too expensive?
Or rather a mix of KfW 261 and BEG EM?
Is KfW 261 even possible with an extension?
Thanks in advance and have a peaceful Easter Monday
