Typical house of its construction year, which has not been brought up to the latest standards to this day, but is habitable without showing any particularly negative features (except for plaster and masonry...). So you are buying a house that - as it stands now - was modern and appropriate at the time it was built and is no longer so today. To put it simply: You are buying a car from 1970 that has been driven until today and still runs. But it is not a new car from 2021 - technically and visually. How is this to be interpreted from your experience?
