The asking price doesn't seem unreasonable to me based on the pictures, especially with the large plot and renovated bathrooms and proximity to Lake Constance.

The price seems okay to cheap for the area if I look again on Immowelt (ID 2ZAZW43 or ID 2ZE354J).
