Is the total budget for the construction project realistic?

I would like to throw another question into the group. The property has the following building envelope (see attachment). I thought the part that sticks out like that would be predestined to be used for a single garage. According to the development plan, nothing stands in the way of a boundary construction according to neighbor law. Do you think it is reasonable to build on it without restrictions?

Where is the driveway, where is north? Where do you want to put the garage (please draw it in). Otherwise, we'll have to guess here...

The location of the building window relative to the property and its shape would still be interesting, but just from the shape of the building window I don’t see a problem (does the garage actually have to be within the building window for you? According to the development plan, it doesn’t have to be for us)

Here is another sketch with shape and position, as well as orientation. The street in front must be used for access. There is also a street on the left, but the property may not be accessed from that side.

Regarding the question whether this is also possible outside the window: unfortunately not. The development plan requires staying within the building window with carport and garage. Only parking spaces are exempt from this.

First of all, we are not building anywhere yet. So far, it is only about the question of whether we are ready to do it. It doesn't really matter for clarifying the advantages of the building window, does it?
