I would like to throw another question into the group. The property has the following building envelope (see attachment). I thought the part that sticks out like that would be predestined to be used for a single garage. According to the development plan, nothing stands in the way of a boundary construction according to neighbor law. Do you think it is reasonable to build on it without restrictions?
