But I don’t want to step on your toes, rather encourage you to take care of yourself.
I used to be rather undisciplined. I financed my studies with highly speculative securities trading and was able to live quite well from it. And then: BAM! speculated away with pumped-up money. I learned from that. All in all, I then paid everything off VERY DISCIPLINED on a monthly basis. Or rather, I will continue to do so until this April.
Bien-Zenker shows increasingly larger dream houses at the same price: if you get the catalog, you recognize the modular system – unfortunately, only the base price is always quoted. Bare, with the simplest technology.
I am currently having the catalog sent to me. I came across Bien-Zenker because they offer several houses in my area including foundation slab, plot and simplest technology for (for example) 200,000.
If I then add 40,000 to 50,000 for ancillary construction costs, 10,000 for exterior work, then there would be almost 40,000 "left over" to detail the offer from the catalog a bit.
