I used to be rather undisciplined. I financed my studies with highly speculative securities trading and was able to live quite well from it. And then: BAM! speculated away with pumped-up money. I learned from that. All in all, I then paid everything off VERY DISCIPLINED on a monthly basis. Or rather, I will continue to do so until this April.

I am currently having the catalog sent to me. I came across Bien-Zenker because they offer several houses in my area including foundation slab, plot and simplest technology for (for example) 200,000.

If I then add 40,000 to 50,000 for ancillary construction costs, 10,000 for exterior work, then there would be almost 40,000 "left over" to detail the offer from the catalog a bit.

Even if the price you mentioned is correct, you still do not have a passive house or low-energy house (you have to invest considerably more for that. What do you even mean by that?) and also no garage and carport (see the previous posts).

Yep, floor covering work as well as painting work, possibly a controlled residential ventilation system, of course a floor-level shower and a normally sized bathtub (minimum requirement for a comfortable bathroom) and naturally roller shutters. A few sockets in addition to the minimal equipment... that's it.
The kitchen also still needs to be paid for ....

Please send me the link to the offer via PM :)

That's right, garage and carport are not included. And besides, that would be (if you read the offer text carefully again) for the finishing work)
Here is an excerpt from the offer text:
Included in the purchase price:

[*]Building plot with planned HOUSE, finished including foundation slab.
[*]The house technology is already installed (heating, sanitary rough installation, electrical)
    [*]Controlled ventilation system
[*]Walls are already insulated and closed
[*]KFW Efficiency House 70 with triple glazing as standard
[*]Efficiency house thermal wall + solar system
[*]Prepared by professionals for easy finishing by you, plus additional construction incidental costs.

Thanks for the hint

Hello,

Nice wording; I bet you understand something different by that than Bien-Zenker.

Rhenish greetings

okay. That is actually flexible.

At worst, no screed yet.
At best, screed installed. Do the flooring and wallpapering yourself.

or can it be phrased even more as "final finishing"?
