Is the 2014 Energy Saving Ordinance a KfW standard?

I have no idea and need a competent opinion. Our semi-detached house is being built (according to the building description) "(...) according to the criteria of the current Energy Saving Ordinance Energy Saving Ordinance 2014 with the tightening as of 01.01.2016."

Is that a KfW standard and if so, which one?

Building according to the Energy Saving Ordinance corresponds to "Kfw 70". This is not eligible for funding if that is what matters to you. It starts at KFW 55.

Better interest rate than which standard? You cannot build "worse," the energy saving ordinance is the minimum.
